  Through the introduction of Japanese-style extracurricular soroban (abacus) clubs at private elementary schools in Hanoi, this project aims to cultivate children’s calculation skills, concentration, and proactive approach to learning. In addition, in collaboration with the education universities in Hanoi, Vietnam, the project will transfer Japanese teaching methods to university students, thereby establishing a sustainable instructional system firmly rooted in the local community. Furthermore, the insights into multicultural teaching gained through this project will be widely shared with educational institutions and multicultural education programs in Japan.
