Project Overview
By conducting Japanese-style physical fitness assessments and lifestyle surveys at schools in the Philippines using our web-based fitness assessment platform, ALPHA, we aim to create opportunities for local students and teachers to learn about physical activity and health. We will also assess students’ current physical fitness levels and awareness of healthy lifestyle habits, and propose measures to help prevent future diseases. Building on these efforts, we will identify new partners and expand the use of physical fitness assessments throughout the Philippines.
