Project Overview
Based on interactive, dialogue-based learning using ICT, this project will collaborate with partner schools in Taiwan, Suwon Foreign Language High School in South Korea, and institutions in Cambodia and Jordan, as well as JICA, businesses, experts, NGOs, and local communities by leveraging the university’s knowledge and expertise to conduct collaborative learning and international support activities focused on refugee issues, poverty, and peacebuilding. Through inquiry-based learning, dialogue, collaboration, and review, the project will foster respect for the dignity and cultures of others while contributing to achievement of the SDGs and ESD. It will also explore collaboration with schools in Egypt, aiming to expand the Japanese-style ESD model overseas and nurture non-cognitive skills such as empathy, cooperation, initiative, and self-efficacy.
