Project Overview
Based on the Hun Manet administration’s national policy, the 1.5 Million People Program, this project will provide intensive training combining Japanese public health, hospitality, and advanced beauty techniques to underprivileged young people at local public vocational training schools (such as NIEI). A certificate of completion guaranteeing 1.5 times the industry wage will be issued, creating a sustainable talent flow scheme with a view to future employment in Japan under the specified skilled worker system or future membership in Japan’s beauty associations (Zenbiren).
