Nagareyama L.E.A.D. is a Japanese general incorporated association (一般社団法人) based in Chiba Prefecture, dedicated to entrepreneurship and AI-literacy education for children ages 10–14. We have developed a bilingual (English–Japanese) textbook, a six-year curriculum (Foundation and Acceleration phases), and a teacher training program designed to cultivate agency, adaptability, and value-creation skills in the AI era. Currently active in Japan, we are exploring international partnerships to share a Japan-developed model of childhood entrepreneurship education that prepares the next generation for a rapidly changing global workforce.
