REarth – Responsible Earthlings for a Sustainable Planet

REarth (Responsible Earthlings for a Sustainable Planet) is a Japan-based climate and environmental education organization. We work with schools, educational institutions, and communities to develop structured climate education programs, environmental education
initiatives, teacher trainings, after-school learning experiences, and curriculum resources. Our approach combines academic learning with practical implementation, enabling learners to connect global challenges with local action. We support schools in embedding sustainability through educator capacity building, after school programs, and experiential learning opportunities. Our flagship program REUniform builds a school-based circular economy that practically helps schools reduce waste while providing authentic learning opportunities around responsible consumption, resource stewardship, and systems thinking. Drawing on experience in Japan and India, we foster systems thinking, responsible citizenship, and the knowledge, skills, and agency needed to contribute to a more sustainable future.
