This is a results report video for the FY2025 “Overseas Expansion of Japanese-Style Education (EDU-Port Japan) Support Project,” titled “English Immersion Collaborative Project: International Inquiry-Based Learning through Mathematics and Programming in English.”
Four schools from Japan, India, and the Philippines collaborated to implement international inquiry-based learning in which students studied mathematics and programming using English as a communication tool. All classes were conducted in English, and both student discussions and final presentations were also carried out in English. Through joint online classes, the project fostered students’ logical thinking skills, expressive ability, and cross-cultural understanding, while also aiming to develop a model for international remote collaboration.
