While the number of Japanese companies investing in Vietnam is increasing, the lack of understanding of Japanese companies is an issue in securing the talent of local people. By providing young people in the local communities with career education programs on our real society, we will realize proactive, interactive and deep learning, establish self-view of one’s own career and promote deep understanding of Japanese companies. In addition, by teaching instruction methods, we aim to provide sustainable and wide-area training and job creation in Vietnam. Through these efforts, we aim to contribute to the economic development of Japan and Vietnam.
