Training programs will be offered to university students in Thailand, which are based on programs for employees in Japanese companies on such matters as business etiquette, professional attitudes, etc. A combination of learning through the web and on-site training will help nurture human resources who are familiar with Japanese style of business. The programs are also intended to facilitate recruitment by Japanese companies operating in Thailand by gathering information on training participants.
