2019年4月16日

The business human resources development project for Thai university students entitled “Building up a learning system of Japanese style business education” was the 2016 EDU-Port Supported Project (NPO HR Japan) recently received a Royal Token from Princess Thai Royal Princess Maha Chakri Sihon in recognition of commendable cooperative contribution to King Mongkut’s University of Technology at the 60th anniversary ceremony of the university.
The project was implemented with the aim of promoting understanding of Japanese-style business, supporting business human resources development directly linked to employment, and contributing to the establishment of strong trust and cooperation between Japan and Thailand. The project provided contents for employee training (business etiquette, professional attitude and ways of working) to Thai university students.
After the two-year supported project of 2016 EDU-Port, the project still continues with the support of the Japanese embassy in Thailand. It was this collaborative approach that lead to the Royal Token. This is one of the most successful cases of cooperation among industry (Japanese companies), academia (universities in Thailand), and government (Japanese embassy).
